Confidentiality Statement

In accordance with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers client information will be held in strict confidence and comply with any applicable privacy legislation.

Keast Counselling and Consulting shall disclose such information only with client consent or when required or allowed by law, including:

• When there is a clear and imminent risk of serious harm to someone.
• When we suspect that a child under the age of 18 years is at risk of abuse or neglect
• When a court of law subpoenas the record.
• When the licensing or governing body inspects records as a part of their regulatory activities in the public interest.
